Does anybody double-cutting and going decent distances run the towboat INSIDE the
15m line these days?
Is splitting the 15 and 19 lines pretty much the standard preference?

In the Back When, there weren't boat spacing buoys.  Another Rulebook item for me to
research.  First there was the 45 buoy, then the 60.  When the sport went metric, it
was the 14 and 19m buoys initially.  The 14 was later changed to the 15m buoy.

Never saw it for myself, but I heard that Ryan Fitts would do a collegiate split inside the 15m buoys at collegiate tournaments.
