Anyone here have any experience with or input on Creatine? Does it help with a sport like water skiing? Does it improve strength to weight ratio, or does it just add water weight? Anything else? Thanks.

Used to use when younger. I think it helps recovery, and easy to tell if you use too much...you get jittery/like too much coffee. I did not have weight gain.
