Anyone use creatine? And pros and/or cons?

used to take it several years ago...not sure how much it really did. If you take too much it makes you a bit jittery like coffee. It's supposed to help your muscles recover quicker, so that you can work out more often.

A lot of studies say it's one of the safest supplements you can use. Kidney damage has not been proven in long term studies. Kidneys do remove excess creatine, and that's where that started.  You can probably overdose on anything, and do harm to the body. Just don't overdo it.
